General Questions
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: WLB is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are closed for major holidays, additioons will be noted below.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS
We will be closed for our summer holidays on Fridays on Aug. 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and Sept. 3rd in additon to Labor Day.
Q: Where is your business located?
A: We are located at 749 N. 37th Street, Milwaukee WI 53208. One block north of Wisconsin Ave.
Q: If I place my form order today when will I receive it?
A: Stock form orders placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped same day via the method you select. Updates will be posted to your email for updates or delays.
Printing Questions
Q: Can you personalize a pre-printed form to suit my needs?
A: Any stock form can be personalized to the customers request.
Q. Are you capable of working with both Macintosh and Windows file formats?
A. Yes, we can accept files created in Windows as well as Macintosh operating systems.
Q. What software file formats do you accept?
A. We are capable of working with most common file formats. Quark X-Press, MS Publisher, Adobe Pagemaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and In Design to name a few. Of course we also accept MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files as well. Please check with us regarding what versions to use when saving your files.
Q. How can I transfer files to your staff?
A. There are several ways of transferring files to us. The most efficient way is to transfer your files through our customer portal (FTP). Contact us for a FTP user name and password. You can also e-mail your files or provide them on floppy disk or CD or flash (thumb) drive. Regardless of which method you choose, be sure to include all linked files and fonts. Also please be sure to scan the files for viruses before transmitting.

Q. Can I see what the form looks like on my screen?
A. Yes, in most cases we have high resolution pictures. Click on the thumbnail to enlarge, in some cases the larger view has a different image to see more inside information. If you still need it larger you can select a larger or smaller view in your browser.
Ordering
Q. Can I start an order online and call in my billing information?
A. Yes, simply place your items in the shopping cart and we can finalize the order over the telephone and confirm questions about our products.
Q. If I need it fast what are my options?
A. You can order online and choose a shipping method. You can also complete the ordering pocedure, pay for items, and indicate you are coming in to pickup at our "will call" desk. We will have you in and out fast.
