220 - Standard Disclosure Form

Standard Disclosure Form 220 is a 2 page form provided on single sheets. In order to provide uniform understandings, this form is given to our clients (people who have signed a written listing or buyer brokerage agreement and who are paying a fee for brokerage services) and also to customers who are involved in the real estate transaction.
